Return policy

Cancellation

  1. We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns

  1. We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  3. If the product has been used, the restocking fee of 30% is also charged.
  4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Shipping

  1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. if you refuse to pay the shipping cost to return the item without quality problem, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  2. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

  • Step 1:

Please attach the order receipt via email.
  • Step 2:

Once after-sales team agrees to return products for you, you must properly package the product with original status.Then our staff will contact you at service@alongfit.com to provide the return address.

  • Step 3:

Once the returned item is received and tested by our warehouse colleague, we would arrange replacement or refund to you within 1-2 working days.
