For every girl, choosing the right sports bra is comparable to getting the right shoes. If it’s comfortable and wonderfully fits, you’ll love to give it a Big “YES”. But why sports bra? Because breasts have no muscles. It doesn't matter what size breasts you have, everyone experiences bouncing during physical activity. Without proper support, the skin and Cooper's ligaments can break down and cause sagging. Once your Cooper's ligaments stretch out, they do not bounce back.

Therefore, they are crucial in our daily life. Although it might make you feel tight, it keeps your chest secure and reduces bounce, which helps lower the back and breast pain. But how should a sports bra fit and how can you ensure you find the best one for you?

As we aim to redefine fitness clothes with functionality and aesthetics, change the way you live and encourage you to be confident. Our sports bra series, born to be perfectly fit, are designed with your curves in mind. They have high-performance in moving with you through every type of low impact workout like hiking, yoga, dancing & Pilates and fashionable in relaxing at home/ leisurely activities. They all have individual cups. Each cup surrounds and supports each breast. We made it better. To feel it softer.

Comfortable and soft. It comes with 77% Nylon & 23% Spandex, which is breathable enough to let the breeze in your body and absorb moisture even in summer. Besides, the material is sweat-proof and firm that holds you where you want them without squishing. Don't forget the 4-way stretch, it allows you to move better in every way. It certainly works the way it sounds.

You can match skirts, shorts with slacks or sweatpants as everyday wear. With removable padding built-in, it is good at keeping your shape firmly and it can even be removed and washed as you wish.

There are differences in straps. Spaghetti straps provide less support than wider straps. Racer-back straps are more supportive than both spaghetti and scoop back.

This crisscross back sports bra has a flattering and cute backless design, fashionable and pretty from behind. When wearing them, you will feel comfortable and look sexy. These sports bras have elastic adjustable non-slip straps, which could strongly protect your shoulders and enable a full range of movement. The wire-free racerback sports bra gives you a snug wearing experience and reveals a charming curve.

The padded sports bra is also made of 77% Polyester and 23% Spandex. The buttery-soft opaque material provides enough coverage from the front. The women's sports bra has the right amount of stretch without losing support. They do not budge, which is easy for replacement and cleaning.

SHINING, SHIMMERING, SPLENDID. Although it was designed on the basic of the second one, the splicing color design looks more energetic and make you stand out. It is suitable for fashion beauties, no matter you are athletic women, working ladies, or housewives. It is also a perfect gift for your wife or friends. Is this amazing? Yes, it should be.

We had introduced our best sports bra series above. And next we would like to tell you the comfortable way of wearing. So how to wear it in a big “YES” way? Personally speaking, sports bra should feel a bit tighter than a regular bra. However, it should be able to breathe deeply and comfortably.

First, the band shouldn't move. It should fit snugly and comfortably. So you can raise your hands above your head. Did the elastic band move? If it crept up your rib cage, try a smaller band. If the bra has straps, try adjusting them.

Second, the breasts shouldn't bulge, pay close attention to any bulging at the top or by the underarm. Furthermore, the cups shouldn't have any wrinkles or gaps. If the cup fabric is wrinkled, try a smaller size.

Besides, make sure there is no rubbing or chafing around the armholes, straps, seams, hooks, clasps or anything else. Our sports bras offer adjustable straps. You just need to adjust them to feel supportive and comfortable.

Last but not least, underwires are supposed to sit flat on your ribs, not on your breasts. The front (between the wire) should be against your chest bone. Try to jump up and down, jog in place and do jumping jacks. If it feels supportive, you make it right!

So that’s here for today. Did you catch all that? If you have any question, feel free to send email to us. ALONG FIT don't just sell sportswear, we advocate an active way of life. Join us and let’s recap it! Thank you and have a good day.
